FAQs

You've got questions, we've got answers!

What ages is Camp Quest suitable for?

Camp Quest is designed for children aged 4-12

Where is Camp Quest located?

We have two fantastic locations in Thamesford and Embro! We run our Summer Camp out of both locations, but our March Break & PD Day Camps are run out of Thamesford.

How are the campers supervised?

Safety is our top priority. We maintain a counselor to camper ratio of 1:8, ensuring that each child receives the attention they deserve while exploring and learning.

Can you tell us more about the weekly quests?

Quests may include a group puzzle, craft, or game.

Are there field trips?

Absolutely! Camp Quest takes the exploration beyond the campsite with weekly field trips for our Summer Camps & March Break Camp. Destinations include the London Children's Museum, Tree Top Trekking, Funvilla, and many more.

What activities can my child expect?

During our Summer Camps, we will visit local businesses, visit the pool, splash pad, and nearby parks.

What is the camp's motto?

"Curiosity Unleashed, Discoveries Await!" Our motto reflects the spirit of Camp Quest, where every day is a new opportunity for curious minds to make exciting discoveries.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! At Camp Quest, we are committed to providing families with flexible options to ensure that the camp is accessible to all. To facilitate this, we can offer a convenient payment plan upon request. Please contact us to inquire about this.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept payments made using major credit and debit cards. This includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds can be requested up to two weeks (14 days) in advance of your child's scheduled camp week.

Cancellations made within the two-week period are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact our camp director to discuss alternative arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Switching weeks is possible, subject to availability. Please notify us at least two weeks before the original camp week to make changes.

Campers can only switch weeks within the current camp season.

Camper Behavior:

Campers are expected to treat others, staff, and camp property with respect.

Bullying, harassment, or any form of harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any discriminatory behaviour, including discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.

Our camp operates on a positive reinforcement system tied to our unique quest-based reward program.

We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Any behaviour that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others may result in immediate expulsion from camp.

Incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and decisions will be made in the best interest of the entire camp community.
